Pour the ingredients from the mixer to a vessel and add tamarind extract about 4 tablespoons full to it.
Add 1 glass of water to this and check the taste if salt , chilly and everything is balanced.
Now take a Kadai, add 8 tablespoons of oil to it add mustard and methi seeds and let it splutter now add garlic pods about 25 – 30 and sauté for about 3 mnts.
The add finely chopped onion ( 1 big) / samabar onions , 1 tomato and curry leaves a lil to the kadai and sauté till transparent .
Then add the curry mixed and kept in the vessel to this

Also add the dry powder made and kept aside.
Mix all this well in the kadai and taste add salt if required and let this concoction boil for 15mnts with lid closed (in medium flame).
Do not open the lid for 15mnts.
After 15 mnts open the lid and see if the oil floats on the top , if it does it is ready to bring down from the flame else let it boil for another 5mnts.
Taste if every thing is balanced now.

Transfer into the serving bowl .

This curry tastes yummy with Idly , Dosa and Rice.
